Positive: I loved the setup of the home; everything was perfect for my family. Beds were super comfy. I loved that they had plenty of lovely towels. It felt homely, and the packet of TimTams was a very welcome treat and showed fantastic 'manaaki' from the owners. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
Negative: Nothing, probably that we should have gotten the jacuzzi going ASAP. We arrived a little before 4pm, but we do feel that 4pm is a late check-in time when you have to be out by 10am. In saying that the reality was very smooth and easy going and we had to get going by 10am anyway. We loved the place and would book again.
Summary: very comfortable. A spectacular place to stay.
